At Morvane, we are dedicated to ensuring your pieces arrive safely and as quickly as possible. Because we operate as an atelier, our shipping process reflects the care and craftsmanship put into every order.
1. Order Processing Time
We aim to get your order on its way as soon as possible. Processing times depend on the type of item purchased:

Ready-to-Wear: Typically processed and shipped within 4 –7 business days.
Note: Business days do not include weekends or public holidays. During high-volume seasons or collection launches, processing times may be slightly extended.
2. Shipping Rates & Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Rates are determined based on the weight of your package and your delivery location.

Domestic Shipping: 4 –7 business days.

International Shipping: 7 – 14 business days.
3. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking information will be active within 24 hours of dispatch.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Morvane is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order.

All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

If a package is returned to us because of unpaid customs fees, we will refund the cost of the product minus the shipping fees and any return charges incurred.
5. Shipping Locations
We currently ship to Worldwide. If you are unsure if we ship to your location, please contact us at morvaneatelier@gmail.com.
6. Damages & Lost Packages
Once an item is handed over to the carrier, the risk of loss passes to the customer (as per our Terms of Service).

If your order arrives damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

7. Incorrect Address Disclaimer
It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address entered is correct. We cannot guarantee address changes after an order is placed. If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the additional shipping costs to resend the item.
