To ensure a smooth return process, please confirm that:

  • All tags and labels remain attached and intact.

  • The item shows no signs of wear, washing, or alteration.

  • You have the receipt or proof of purchase.


3. The Return Process

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  3. Ship the Item: Once your return is authorized, we will provide you with the return shipping address.

Please note: Unless the item is defective, customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
